Billing Clerks

We are looking for an energetic dynamic Billing clerk for our Accounting Department. The entry level position is in a fast pace, quiet office environment.

Responsible for submitting and following through with invoices and billing to clients, tracking payments, monitoring claims, with light clerical work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient administrative / clerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be self motivated
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance, attitude and composure at all times
